Our team developed a comprehensive vertical transportation strategy that maximised shaft utilisation through a sky-lobby transfer system. By implementing destination dispatch technology across all elevator groups, we significantly reduced average wait times while future-proofing the system for tenant growth. The design achieved an optimal balance between passenger experience and construction cost efficiency.

Comprehensive modernization strategy for 20-year-old 8-elevator commercial complex. Phased controller replacement with zero tenant displacement.

We conducted a full condition survey and traffic analysis of the existing installation to identify the most impactful upgrade path. Our phased modernization programme replaced controllers, door operators, and car fixtures in a carefully sequenced rollout that maintained minimum service levels throughout. The result was a dramatic reduction in breakdown frequency and a significant improvement in energy performance, all while keeping every tenant fully operational.

Traffic analysis and reconfiguration of 12-elevator hospital system. Resolved congestion during shift changes without replacing any equipment.

The hospital experienced severe elevator congestion during nursing shift changes and peak visiting hours, with wait times regularly exceeding three minutes. Through detailed traffic logging and simulation modelling, we identified opportunities to re-zone elevator groups, adjust dispatching parameters, and implement priority service protocols. These software-level and operational changes eliminated the bottleneck at a fraction of the cost of equipment replacement, delivering immediate results.
